No-Shows/Cancellations/Fees

Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. Any no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service.
Late arrivals must not exceed 15 minutes past the appointment time, or will be treated as a cancellation and your card on file will be charged 50% of the service.
All cancellation/ no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
Gratuity is accepted and appreciated greatly!
Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and Apple Pay are not accepted.

Guests

No children are permitted in the treatment room.
No additional guests are permitted in the treatment room and must remain in the waiting area.
